MISSION & HISTORY
 

AppleSiders Mission

The AppleSiders of Cincinnati is a non-profit club for people
interested in learning about Apple computers. The club exists
to share technical information, to educate and encourage
newcomers to computing, and generally further the art,
science and enjoyment of personal computing. The AppleSiders
of Cincinnati is run by members who volunteer their services.

About The AppleSiders

AppleSiders was founded in 1978 and incorporated as a
non-profit organization in 1979. The AppleSiders group is
based in Cincinnati, Ohio, with members from the Tri-State
area. The club consists of Apple users such as students,
educators, business people, professionals, and hobbyists,
ranging in expertise from beginners to professionals.
The full range of Apple Computers is represented.
Membership varies between 100 and 200 active members.
